In continuation to my previous question what is an optimized way of copying a file? Some code with some numbers  will help.

Any example to copy a whole directory in java. The code should do a deep copy, i mean all the files and sub-directories etc.

I need a code snippet which will find the difference between now and a given date. If the difference is greater than a year it should print the number of years, if its greater than a month it should print the number of months..etc till seconds?

I need to send an attachment to a server using Restlet, parse the request for the file and store it in the server. Need code snippets?

In continuation to my last question on securing Restlet code, can u please provide a code sample which uses a custom Guard class. Also please make sure a router is guarded by the Guard class. I do not want to guard individual resources.
